Department of Communication Universitas Islam Indonesia Improves Journal Governance

UII Yogyakarta— Open Journal System (OJS) is critical to be implemented to support International journal publication. During 2001-2010, Center of Research and IPTEK development, Indonesian Institute of Science (LIPI) shows that the most indexed international publication produced by South Korea (KAIST – Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) with 20.183 publications. The second position is Japan (JST – Japan Science and Technology Agency) with 13.604 publications. Then  CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation)  Australia published 11.611 publications. While Indonesia, LIPI (The Indonesian Institute of Science) had just published 417 within that 10 years.
